Babymelon customers can request a return or exchange for eligible items within 14 days from receiving the item.

Customers can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date they receive the item.
Product condition
Returned items must include all order accessories in good condition and must be in their original packaging. Clothing must be in the same condition received by the customer: unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Eligible products
Exchanges and returns apply only to outer clothing and shoes. They do not apply to underwear, personal care products, medical products, or supplies of any kind.
Payment methods
Available payment methods are cash on delivery, or secure payment for the product value and shipping value as shown on the invoice.
Shipping and return costs
For exchanges and returns, the customer pays the shipping costs again, plus a 10 EGP return handling fee. Shipping costs are set by the shipping company based on shipment weight and governorate.
